# User Guide

> How to use the SPN (Supply Partner Network) platform

## Navigation

The SPN platform has two main areas: the **public marketplace** where your company profile is listed, and the **Dashboard** where you manage everything.

## Account

    1. Click **Sign Up**
    2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and password
    3. Password must be at least 8 characters with a letter, number, and special character
    4. Click **Create Account** and verify your email

    > Alternatively, use **Sign in with Google** to register instantly.

  <Accordion title="Update your profile" icon="pencil">
    1. Click your profile icon (top right) → **Profile Settings**
    2. Update your name, phone number, or profile picture
    3. Click **Save Changes**

  <Accordion title="Change your password" icon="lock">
    Go to **Profile Settings** → **Change Password** → enter current and new password → **Update Password**

  <Accordion title="Delete your account" icon="trash">
    Go to **Profile Settings** → **Delete Account** → confirm your email. You have a **30-day window** to cancel before permanent deletion.

## Company Profile

  <Accordion title="Create a company" icon="building">
    1. After logging in, click **Create Company**
    2. Fill in the required fields:

    | Field            | Description                                           |

    | **Company Name** | Your business name                                    |
    | **Slug**         | URL-friendly name (auto-generated, customisable)      |
    | **Category**     | Your industry (Automotive, Healthcare, Fashion, etc.) |
    | **Phone**        | Business phone with country code                      |
    | **Email**        | Business contact email                                |
    | **Website**      | Your website URL (optional)                           |
    | **Address**      | Street, city, state, pincode, country                 |

    3. Upload a **Logo** and **Hero Image**
    4. Click **Create Company**

    Go to **Dashboard → Edit Company** to update:

    * Name, slug, category, contact details, WhatsApp number
    * Address, GSTIN, PAN, tags, locations served

  <Accordion title="SEO & advanced settings" icon="magnifying-glass">
    Under **Edit Company → Advanced Settings**:

    * **Meta Title / Meta Description** — for search engine display
    * **Custom CTA Buttons** — add buttons like "View Catalogue" with a label and URL
    * **Custom Domain** — enter your domain and point DNS to the SPN server IP

## Products

    1. Go to **Dashboard → Products** → **Add Product**
    2. Fill in the product details:

    | **Category**       | Product category                               |
    | **Price**          | Amount (defaults to INR)                       |
    | **Sale Price**     | Optional discounted price with start/end dates |
    | **Availability**   | In Stock / Out of Stock                        |
    | **Condition**      | New / Used / Refurbished                       |
    | **Brand**          | Brand name                                     |
    | **GTIN / MPN**     | Product identifiers (optional)                 |
    | **Images**         | One or more product images                     |
    | **Specifications** | Key-value pairs (e.g. Color: Red, Size: XL)    |
    | **Stock Quantity** | Units available                                |

    3. Click **Save Product**

  <Accordion title="Edit or delete a product" icon="pencil">
    * **Edit**: Dashboard → Products → find product → **Edit** → save changes
    * **Delete**: Dashboard → Products → click the **Delete** icon → confirm
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Bulk upload products" icon="upload">
    Upload many products at once using an Excel file.

    **Prepare your XLSX file** with one product per row:

    * `title` (required), `description`, `price_amount`, `category`
    * `availability` — `in stock` or `out of stock`
    * `condition` — `new`, `used`, or `refurbished`
    * `brand`, `image_link`, `quantity_to_sell`, `gtin`, `mpn`

    **Upload steps:**

    1. Dashboard → Products → **Bulk Upload**
    2. Select your `.xlsx` file
    3. Map spreadsheet columns to product fields
    4. Review previews → **Upload**

    After uploading you'll see successfully imported products and any failed rows with error messages.

## Leads & Enquiries

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="View enquiries" icon="inbox">
    Go to **Dashboard → Leads → Enquiries** to see all incoming enquiries with sender details, message, source (Web / WhatsApp / Phone), status, and date.

  <Accordion title="Manage an enquiry" icon="pen-to-square">
    Click on an enquiry → update **status** (New → In Progress → Closed) → add internal **notes** → save
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Contacts" icon="address-book">
    Go to **Dashboard → Leads → Contacts** to view, edit, or delete contacts collected from your profile's contact form.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="WhatsApp notifications" icon="whatsapp">
    1. Go to **Edit Company** → add your **WhatsApp Business Number**
    2. Verify via OTP sent to WhatsApp
    3. New enquiries will notify that number automatically

## Virtual Try-On (AI Studio)

Generate AI images of fashion models wearing your clothing products.

  <Accordion title="Generate a try-on" icon="wand-magic-sparkles">
    1. Go to **Try-On Studio** → browse the **Model Gallery** → select a model
    2. In the **Clothing** section, select one or more clothing items
    3. Click **Generate Try-On** — results appear in the gallery below
    4. Click any result → **Download** to save the image

  <Accordion title="Upload clothing or model images" icon="upload">
    * **Clothing**: Click **Upload Clothing** → select image → name it and choose category → **Upload**
    * **Model**: Click **Upload Model** → select photo → enter name, gender, style, description → **Upload**
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Custom prompt generation" icon="sliders">
    1. Go to **Try-On Studio → Custom Prompt**
    2. Upload **Image 1** (model/background) and **Image 2** (clothing/product)
    3. Give each image a name and type a **custom prompt**
    4. Click **Generate** — result is saved to your history

  <Accordion title="Usage limits" icon="gauge">
    Your account has a **daily limit** and **total limit** shown at the top of the Try-On page. Contact your administrator to increase limits.

## Admin Portal

<Info>This section is for users with the **Admin** role only.</Info>

  <Accordion title="User management" icon="users">
    Go to **Admin → Users** to:

    * Search users by name or email
    * View roles, status, and join date
    * **Toggle Internal Status** — internal users get unlimited try-on access
    * **Set Try-On Limits** — enter a number for a custom cap, or `-1` for unlimited

  <Accordion title="Try-On usage tracking" icon="chart-bar">
    Go to **Admin → Try-On Usage** to see every user's daily and total counts, cap overrides, and last reset date.

  <Accordion title="Role management" icon="shield">
    Assign roles (admin, moderator, etc.) via the Users table actions.
